Absolutely professional, friendly and very affordable auto repair facility! I live out of state, my daughter lives in Sioux City and her AC compressor went out on her Honda. I commend Peter (Pedro) at Tott's Auto Center for his swift action to get a replacement compressor installed so my daughter could stay cool in the Iowa heat. His staff did an awesome job and now her car is so cold, she joked she needed a jacket! (Not really!) I highly, and I mean, HIGHLY recommend Tott's Auto Center for any Sioux City auto repairs. Thank you Peter!

They have been our preffered car repair shop for years!! They do amazing quality work for a great price and are always flexible and easy to work with! I don't have to worry about my car because I know it is in great hands!

This company's business model raises significant concerns. They charge customers for inexpensive parts, then inflate the prices to double, pocketing the additional profit. To exacerbate the situation, the parts are only accompanied by a one-year warranty, contrary to customers' expectations of receiving a product with a lifetime warranty. This results in customers being left with an inferior product that is prone to failure and may lead to unforeseen issues. What has happened to honesty and integrity? I had an interaction with Pedro, who praised his business and expressed his enthusiasm for mechanics. However, it appears that greed has overshadowed customer service. Rather than delivering quality workmanship, he seems to focus on quickly profiting from customers. For someone like me, having a dependable vehicle is crucial for my daily activities and my family's safety. It is disconcerting to think that I could be driving a vehicle equipped with cheap, substandard auto parts. At first, I was given an estimate of $500 for a water pump replacement. When I brought my vehicle in, I was quoted not only for the water pump but also for an oil change and a new serpentine belt—bringing the
